Timing Chain Replacement in East Sussex

We provide comprehensive PSA engine specialist services across East Sussex, from Brighton and Hove to Lewes, Uckfield, and beyond. Our workshop in Copthorne is conveniently located for customers throughout the county.

From the busy A23 and A27 coastal routes to the country roads around Lewes and the Ashdown Forest, we understand how East Sussex driving conditions affect your Peugeot, Citroën, DS, or Vauxhall.

The PSA 1.5 BlueHDi engine has a known timing chain design flaw. The original 7mm chain can stretch or fail, causing catastrophic engine damage. Our timing chain replacement service uses upgraded 8mm chain kits for lasting reliability.

We specialise exclusively in PSA engines. Our technicians have extensive experience with BlueHDi timing chain replacements, using the latest upgraded components and precise timing alignment procedures.

Why East Sussex Drivers Choose Us

From motorway commuters to rural drivers across East Sussex, we’ve helped hundreds of local PSA owners prevent costly engine failures through timely timing chain replacement.

East Sussex’s varied terrain, from coastal roads to steep rural lanes, can accelerate wear on timing components, particularly in PSA diesel engines used for towing or frequent hill driving.
